Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park is located in northern California, along the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It is known for its majestic giant, old-growth Sequoia trees, for its marvelous Tunnel View and the world-famous granite cliffs of El Capitan, Half Dome and Yosemite Valley. In Yosemite Village are many restaurants, hotels, shops, accommodations, the Yosemite Museum & bookstore, plus the Ansel Adams Gallery and the Tunnel View viewing platform. There is even a playground.

The most famous Yosemite Valley destinations are Yosemite Valley, Hetch Hetchy, Yosemite Fall, Prospect Valley, Mariposa Flat, Bridalveil Fall, and Sutler Peak/North Dome road. All these areas are popular among locals and visitors. The meadows of Yosemite Valley are perfect places to stroll around, take pictures and view the beauty of nature and wildlife.

In the summer season, Yosemite National Park has a variety of outdoor activities. People can visit various attractions, hike on the numerous hiking trails, or go camping to remote campsites.
